In my office, my colleagues belongs to different aqaids. Some are Ismailis, Ahle Hadees, Deobandi, Gohar Shahi, Ahle Tashee, Sunni. My question is very simple: 1. If the time of Jamat is left and in the eleventh hour of namaz time I saw a Jamat of Deobandi Imam, May I offer pray in the Imamt of any Deobandi Imam? 2. May I offer pray like excercise and repeat the whole namaz?

As there are preconditions of Salaah, similarly there are criteria for IMAM. The IMAM which does not fulfill those criteria, there is no room for Salaah behind him, no matter who he is
