I am a married women having three child and my sister has no issue so i decided to help her and through external procedure,i took the semen sample of the husband of my sister and kept it in my womb for the child which i will give to my sister and it was done confidential please tell me whether my nikah with my husband has been broken or not as it has been informed to me that such activity shall break my nikah

This procedure is strictly prohibited and HARAM. You should do TAUBA... But it would not in any way break your Nikaah
